Residential Field Appraiser
Titus County Appraisal District is currently accepting resumes for a residential field appraiser. Experience and Knowledge about the appraisal of residential properties, land and special use valuation of land, deed research and mapping. Possession of a Registered Professional Appraiser (RPA) designation or working toward this designation would be favored but we will train.
All applicants must possess: A valid Texas driver’s license, proof of liability insurance, dependable transportation for performing field work, willingness to travel and complete educational requirements, good computer skills, and exceptional verbal communication skills both over the phone and in person, needs to be highly motivated and able to stay on task without supervision. The applicant must be able to work outdoors in heat and in the cold and work Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm.
